DELIVERY: Terms & Conditions

 

We offer free Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) to all purchases within the UK and can also deliver to virtually any address in the world. Please note, however, there are restrictions on certain products and these cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All purchases are prepared at our logistics team in London, UK and despatched by choice of delivery options. See below.

The Products ordered by a Purchaser will be delivered to the address stated by the Purchaser on the order form. The Purchaser undertakes to supply the exact address of his/her permanent address when placing the order for the Products.

Free UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

UK Same Day London (only applies to orders placed before 1pm): varies £15.00 – £20.00

UK Next Day (only applies to orders placed before 3pm): varies £8.00 – £10.00

Delivery Issues

 

Oro Gold refuses all liability in the event of delayed delivery caused by transportation services. If a delivery is late, the Purchaser must inform the Oro Gold customer services team as soon as possible, by e-mail sent to info@oro-gold.co.uk or via the online contact form. Oro Gold shall then contact the courier services in order to initiate an enquiry. Please note enquiries may take some time.

 

Upon receipt of Products ordered, the Purchaser must check that Products are compliant. Any delivery anomalies (missing or broken Products, parcel damaged, etc.) must be noted by Purchasers on the form presented to them when the parcel is delivered and must imperatively be notified to the Oro Gold customer team, by e-mail sent to info@oro-gold.co.uk or via the online contact form, specifying which product does not match the order. All claims filed more than 7 working days following the day of receipt of a delivery will be rejected and Oro Gold will be released from all liability.
